Strict trial limitations keep what appears to be a capable registry-cleaning app from being more useful. Since My Bug Free PC has no functionality beyond its primary duties and doesn’t provide any customization options, the interface is a snap to operate upon first glance. However, the nonresizable main window makes it a chore to view long lists of invalid registry entries. In our tests, the program quickly scanned our PC’s registry in about three minutes, then offered us descriptions or problems and severity rankings. While we were impressed with the number of junk files that this utility detected, we were disappointed to learn that the demo won’t let you remove them. My Bug Free PC might make a capable registry-cleaning tool for novices, but due to its limitations, we can’t fully evaluate its powers.
