An extraordinarily simple tool, this download is aimed at letting even the most inexperienced computer users view and print digital pictures. It requires no installation, launching directly from the installer file. After loading an image into the program, users can specify its left and right borders, as well as width and height, in either inches or millimeters. Pictures can be set to display in portrait or landscape. These are all the options presented.

While certainly simple, we would have like to see a bit more included, such as the ability to rotate or zoom. Nevertheless, the program is well-suited for computer users who are unsure of their skills or want only to print a photo and be done with it.

]]> While this tiny executable admirably performs its main duty of synchronizing your PC’s clock with the atomic clock, some of its other features don’t work as well as they should. After installation, SetClock displays the system time and the official time and allows you to manually synchronize your clock. It writes to the system tray, so right-click the tray icon to set a wake-up alarm, select audio files to be played, change time zones, set an time interval for clock synchronization, and surf to a Web site to view the current times of cities worldwide, among other options. However, in our tests, we could not trigger the alarm nor did our selected audio files play. Despite the glitches, if you’re looking for a simple utility to keep your computer clock accurate, SetClock will do the trick.
