A Biblical verse and a devotional appear daily in a pop-up screen. Users can cycle through a calendar to preview upcoming entries or review past ones. The program is ripe with special features that help users enjoy their readings more. One neat feature allows users to compare passages from both Bible versions side by side. Another allows users to add and remove various annotations with a simple command button. In addition, users can search the entire Bible for a verse or phrase just like an online search engine.

While its interface is initially troubling, this freeware program’s benefits quickly erase any problems. With great features and two easy-to-manage Bibles, this is a great download for religious readers.
