In the demo, you immediately find three willing recruits and start fighting the Soviets. Pressing the 1 key makes them follow or regroup, pressing 2 makes them scout an area or attack enemy troops, and pressing 3 places them in a defensive position. The first part of the demo involves a quick skirmish outside a gas station, which you should then detonate to fulfill your secondary mission. In the next part, you wage a full-fledged firefight for control of a Brooklyn post office. You cannot defeat the enemy single-handedly, so proper command of your team is a must. The lack of controller support is lamentable, and the interface is a bit simplified, but it’s fairly easy to tweak the settings for maximum performance.
