We found the included word processor to be full-featured, offering smart options like in-text links to other documents.

Excellent support: This application can be very hard to fully understand because of its many abilities, but the included tutorials mildly alleviate this difficulty by explaining DevonThink Pro in great detail. Cons

Difficult usability: Our first tests of DevonThink Pro were rather exasperating because of the steep learning curve of this program. Those who are not fully familiar with computers in general will have a very hard time with this program despite the helpful support tools.
