This promotional tool for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie offers little we’d consider exciting. Upon launch, you see SpongeBob against an orange background, After a few seconds, he rapidly expands to fill the whole screen. Once that’s done, you simply see a message hawking the movie, but the scene never replays itself. SpongeBob SquarePants Screensaver provides very few features, and, although you will find a box for muting the sound, we never heard anything even when we left it unchecked. Small children who are head over heels about this cartoon can probably overlook this screensaver’s flaws, but older kids will find themselves bored after a few runs.
