This program for splitting large files and unifying small ones has some flaws. First, once installation finishes, you don’t get the choice to launch the program. When you do launch it manually, two nag screens whinge about the non-registered version. The interface itself looks more like a media player than a compression utility, which reveals its emphasis on joining MPEG files. Most functions work much better with MPEG files than with other formats. The scrolling menu on the left side is awkward. Ordix Mpack Professional performs well, but its features and interface need improvement. Heavy media users would benefit most from this program.
